I’m a busy professional based in London and a mother of two energetic boys — so I deeply understand what it means to juggle a demanding career, family life, and ultra running. Over the years, I’ve experimented with countless ways to make the most of the same 24 hours we all have, and I’m passionate about helping runners do the same. My goal is to support you in integrating running into your life in a sustainable, joyful way, even when you're spinning many plates. I’m also an enthusiastic home cook and love sharing that passion with my children.

Ultra running is rooted in science — but great coaching blends that science with the art of understanding people. Every athlete arrives with different goals, constraints, and motivations. If you’re willing to put in the work, I’ll help you chart a realistic path to where you want to go. I will always meet you where you are: your starting point doesn’t matter, as long as your goals and timeline align with what’s possible, we will get there together.

Life is complex — careers, families, emotions, and unexpected challenges all play a role — so I coach with flexibility, empathy, and honesty. I expect commitment and effort, and in return, I provide the structure, support, and accountability you need.
