About Mallory

I’m a lifelong runner who’s spent more than twenty years chasing curiosity, clarity, and connection through movement. I’ve run everything from 5Ks to 100-mile trail races, and the sport has shaped the way I understand myself and the world around me. Running is where I feel most grounded—whether I’m climbing in the early morning light, exploring new trails, or settling into a long steady effort. I started as a back of the pack cross-country runner, and now I chase podiums and PRs at every distance. I've been every version of a runner, which makes me an exceptionally empathetic coach.

Coaching Philosophy

As a coach, I believe strong, confident runners are built through smart training, mindful awareness, and a deep respect for individuality. With over twenty years of running experience, I know performance is about more than mileage or pace. t’s about understanding your body, navigating adversity, and building durable, sustainable habits.

I meet athletes where they are, designing training that adapts to their goals, history, and life demands. My approach blends evidence-based training theory with flexibility, emphasizing balance, recovery, and long-term growth.

In addition to physical preparation, I train runners to stay present, regulate emotions, and build self-trust. skills that matter as much at mile 90 as they do on an easy day. My goal is to help athletes show up with clarity, confidence, and joy – and growing through every mile and race.
