My name is Lauren Sweet and I am a nurse, (soon to be nurse practitioner), puppy mom, and most important for you to know- a certified UESCA running coach. I grew up and still live in Wisconsin. I’ve been running since I was 8 years old and haven’t stopped since. I love chasing big goals from the 5K to the marathon and I can’t wait to help you do the same 😀

I've seen in my own life how running can be all-encompassing with undue pressure and high expectations. My purpose with coaching my athletes is to help them find the joy in movement, setting goals, but also understanding that running is one aspect of life that shouldn't affect everything else. As cliche as it sounds, my philosophy is that there is joy in the journey. Race day is so unpredictable, but how we allow ourselves to be changed by the journey to get to the finish line is what matters.
