After being a single sport, competitive swimmer for 12 years, (culminating in a 4-year varsity stint at Oakland University) I needed a change and a new challenge. I jumped headfirst into Triathlon drawn by the variety of three different disciplines in one crazy sport. I completed two full Ironman's, 30 or so 70.3s, countless Olympic distance triathlons (ITU and USAT nationals), a dozen Swimrun events (including the first ever held in the US back in 2016 – Looking at you casco Bay!), and a slew of trail running and long distance cycling events (Leadville anyone?).

I help driven individuals—leaders, athletes, and anyone ready for real growth—overcome obstacles, develop sustainable performance habits, and reach their full potential. Whether preparing for the next mission, the next race, or the next chapter in life, I support my clients in building inner strength and stepping into the best version of themselves.
