I love a challenge. From a young age I was passionate about testing my physical abilities. I am now 50 years old and still look for new challenges. I have a wide selection of qualifications as well as being a highly experienced athlete. I love passing the knowledge I have onto others athletes to help them to achieve their goals. I served in the Royal Marines Reserve for 15 years, I received the coveted Green Beret at just 18 years old. I have competed in MTB racing, road racing, time trials, ski championships, ultra distance gravel racing, road running and much more.
I believe that good coaching starts with a good chat. I believe that a coach has many roles… Instructor, guide, teacher and a friend who offers support. Importantly a coach gives an athlete someone to be accountable to. A coach should be knowledgeable and experienced, able to adapt to individual athletes requirements. I can offer you these things, with commitment, to help you achieve your goals.
