I’m Abimantra Pradhana, an endurance strength coach and movement practitioner with a background in architecture and urban design. My approach to training is shaped by structure, clarity, and long-term thinking—helping people build strength that supports how they move, train, and live.

I believe strength training should support performance, longevity, and everyday movement—not just short-term results. My coaching is built on the idea that how you move matters as much as how much you lift.

I focus on developing strong movement foundations through proper technique, progressive loading, and intentional programming. Each session is designed to meet the athlete where they are—accounting for training history, injury background, lifestyle demands, and current goals.

For endurance athletes, strength is not about becoming bulky or fatigued, but about building resilience, efficiency, and confidence in the body. I emphasize sustainable progress, education, and body awareness, so athletes don’t just follow a program, but understand how to train intelligently over the long term.
