I coach runners who want to step up from road races into the ultra world.
My background as a personal trainer and Hyrox coach means you’ll get smart strength work alongside your running, not just miles on a plan.
I coach online and across the UK with clear weekly guidance, practical feedback and a calm, supportive approach.
My coaching is built on three things:
- consistency
- durability
- (the most important one) confidence.
We start with where you are now, then build progress in small, repeatable steps.
Expect a smart mix of easy aerobic running, key quality sessions, and trail-specific long runs, supported by simple strength work to protect joints and improve running economy. We practice fuelling, pacing and kit early so race day feels familiar.
I track trends (not perfection): sleep, stress, soreness and performance, and we adjust quickly when life happens.
My goal is to make you a more self-sufficient, resilient ultrarunner, excited to toe the line.
