I am a devoted husband/father that was born, raised, and currently reside in Central Illinois. I have worked in the tech industry (software development) for the better part of my 17+ year career. I began running in 2015 to lose weight and it radically changed my life from that point on. Since then, running has become part of my daily routine and a way to push myself to do things I never thought I could do. When I'm not spending time with my family, running, or working, I enjoy watching sports (ALL of them), playing video games, listening to music, and reading.

I understand that most of us have families, jobs, and/or obligations that take priority over our running, but we pour our heart and soul into the sport all of the same. Running allows us to be better versions of ourselves for those around us. With that in mind, my aim as a coach is to help foster that love of running, tap into the power that it possesses, and harness the transformation that can come along with consistency and striving for lofty goals. Each athlete may be different, in terms of what they want to get out of running and how they like to be coached, but my desire as your coach is to guide, teach, and inform you to the best of my abilities in order for you to get the most out of yourself.
