As a scientist and yoga teacher, I take a science-based but holistic and mindful approach. I have been a coach and mentor and enjoy seeing people surprise themselves with what they know and can do when they feel like they are challenged.
I have particular expertise with mid-life women wanting to train for an active life- to run for fitness, headspace and a personal challenge. I can also help with strength and conditioning, balance, meditation and breathing. As a coach I encourage a total quality mindset, focused on improvement with no blame or judgement and encouraging reflection and learning along the way.
