Apart from running, I stay active refereeing soccer at the youth national and college level. I also like gardening, meal prep, and frequenting events in the city with friends. At the end of the day, my feet are up on the couch, burrito in hand, and one of my cats on my lap.
In 2025, I set a PR in events from the mile up to the marathon. Even ran Boston on Monday, and the Greater STL Marathon on Saturday! For 2026, I'm going to push myself to something new and run a trail ultra. Here's to learning more about yourself!
My training is no fuss, fundamentally sound, and purposeful. Consistent, healthy training are keys to long-term success and growth. Knock on wood, in my decade of running, I've never taken more than a week off due to injury.
Evidence based methods from primary sources are my guide to creating plans tailored for your goals. Even if that goal is just to enjoy running! Let's crack some PR's, and have fun doing it!
