En: Mostly self-taught, I have gained several years of experience practicing sports and am now seeking a more science-based and structured approach to running, both as an athlete and as an aspiring coach. My focus as a runner is road running, with distances ranging from 5K to half marathon.

En: My goal is not only to coach, but also to teach and learn from athletes. Coaching is not about telling others what to do; it is a continuous feedback loop. I prefer to guide the process, provide orientation, and give athletes the opportunity to be part of their own journey toward becoming better runners. One-on-one coaching, along with continuous communication and follow-up, is essential to achieving success. My athletes’ goals are my goals.
