I am endurance coach with a strong interest in exercise physiology and training methodology. While I consider myself early in my coaching journey, I bring a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach and a deep respect for the individual athlete. I value curiosity, continuous learning, and reflective practice, and I enjoy bridging scientific concepts with real-world training. My goal is to help athletes train consistently, adapt intelligently, and build confidence in their own perceptions and abilities.
My coaching philosophy is athlete-first. I believe effective endurance training starts with understanding the individual, not forcing the athlete to fit a predefined model. RPE and subjective feedback are central tools in my coaching, as they reflect how training stress is actually experienced. Data such as pace, power, and heart rate are used to support decision-making, identify trends, and guide long-term development, but never to override athlete wellbeing. I prioritize consistency, gradual progression, and adaptability, recognizing that life stress, recovery, and motivation all influence performance. As a developing coach, I value reflection, mentorship, and continuous education, aiming to create training processes that are sustainable, educational, and respectful of the human behind the numbers.
