About Luke
Coaching Philosophy
As a member of the Hansons-Brooks Distance Project for 15 years, I became a believer in the method. I have not only experienced it but have been able to apply it to thousands of runners since 2006 and see them succeed. For the marathon and half marathon distances, I am a true believer. For the 5k and 10k distances, I tend to gravitate toward coaches like Joe Vigil.
