Nice to meet you! I’m Arturo Gonzalez, a lifelong sports enthusiast. Growing up I spent years training Tae Kwon Do, Swimming, and Track and Field—a passion that naturally led me to become an endurance athlete in recent years.
From my parents and coaches I learned that consistency and discipline are the foundation for achieving any goal, whether you do it for health, personal growth, or competition—no goal is too big or too small. Today, by combining a goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sports, I focus on achieving results while maintaining the balance to enjoy the process.
"Sueños sin acción, son ilusión"—a lesson my father has always told me, and now it has become my own guiding principle.
My idea of running is based on three pillars:
1. The Goal
Know your path. Let that goal be your dream in joyful moments and the fuel through hard times.
2. "Dreams are free, goals have a cost" —Usain Bolt.
Anything worthwhile comes with a price, and whether we pay it's up to us— it's not about being perfect, it's about staying consistent and navigating the obstacles along the way.
3. The Journey is worth more than the goal.
Embracing the lessons that help us grow matter more than any goal, and enjoying the process is the only non-negotiable.
Each person is different, so every process is unique. Supporting others on the path toward their goals has been a great dream of mine and a motivation during my certification roadmap. Will you let me run this journey with you?
