Ultra running has taught me patience. It has taught me how to deal with setbacks, how to build something step by step, and how to respect the process. Those lessons shape how I work today.
Alongside racing, I coach runners of different levels and organize trail events. I enjoy working closely with athletes, understanding how they think, how they train, and how their body responds. My goal is simple: help runners improve in a smart, sustainable way and grow stronger over time.
I believe progress comes from clarity and consistency. There is no magic workout and no shortcut. Real improvement happens when training is structured, purposeful, and aligned with your life outside of sport.
My coaching is built on three pillars: understanding your physiology, applying the right stimulus at the right time, and respecting recovery. I use data and testing to guide decisions, but numbers never replace communication. How you feel, how you think, and how you live matter just as much.
I don’t chase quick peaks. I build durable athletes. The goal is not only to perform well in your next race, but to keep improving year after year, stronger, smarter, and more resilient.
