I have experience racing abroad and in the UK at ultra distance, I want to be able to help people with busy lifestyles and offer a practical solution to coaching, fitting everything in and managing that run/train/life balance. I specialise in helping runners return to exercise post surgery and injury.
I am a firm believer that you dont need to be running hundreds of miles a week in training, less is more and there are ways of fitting your training around life, without getting burnt out and injured. I utilise a mix of cross training, strength training, plyometrics and essential run sessions to make you as fit and strong as possible for whatever race/life goal you are aiming for.
