As the author of the HMM books and a product of the Hansons system, the idea of cumulative fatigue and the “Hanson” way is a big part of my philosophy. This is a focus on long term development, building to moderate volume, and focusing on race distance specific work. However, working with individuals since 2006, I have developed the ability to mold these principles to the individual I am working with.
