Since 2019, I’ve completed 11 half marathons with a personal best of 1:14, a mark that reflects years of disciplined training and a relentless drive to improve. In 2025, I won my first race—the Vigor 10K—in 34:37, a milestone that reminded me what focused preparation can produce. In 2024, my daughter was born with ACC (absence of the corpus callosum). That experience reshaped my perspective. I no longer take for granted the brain I’m blessed with, and I run with deeper purpose—grateful for the mental clarity, resilience, and strength that movement provides.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in growth, discipline, and purpose. While I’m at the beginning of my formal coaching journey, I bring years of personal training experience, consistent mileage, and competitive racing to the table. I believe effective coaching starts with listening—understanding each athlete’s goals, lifestyle, strengths, and limitations. There is no one-size-fits-all plan. Training should be structured yet adaptable, pushing performance while protecting long-term health. I emphasize aerobic development, mental resilience, and sustainable progress over shortcuts. Running is more than splits and workouts; it’s a vehicle for confidence, clarity, and character. My goal is to help athletes unlock potential they didn’t know they had—while enjoying the process.j
