I have a Bachelor's of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences and am pursuing my DPT degree (class of 2029) in Missoula, Montana. I have experience with ultras from the 50k to 100 mile distance as well as over 10,000 miles of long distance backpacking experience that I find to be very applicable to the mindset and aerobic base required to participate in endurance running events. I want to support passionate runners and hikers use their strengths and experience to bridge the gap between the two sports in a safe and effective way.

I am all about providing athletes with the education to explain the "why" behind the science backed methods we apply to training. Every plan I create is personalized, detailed, and considers whole life context in which an athlete is operating in. Big goals are achieved one day at a time if we are willing to put in the work to reach them, at the same time "life happens". That's why I am here as a coach to help you navigate the lemons life can hand us.
