I am a certified running coach specializing in conditioning and endurance training. My goal is to help runners build consistency, improve performance, and integrate running naturally into their everyday lives. I work with athletes of all levels—from complete beginners who want to start running safely to experienced runners preparing for long-distance and ultra races.
My coaching focuses on structured training, long-term development, and regular communication. I believe that a good training plan is not just about workouts, but about understanding each runner’s goals, and possibilities.
After filling out a short questionnaire, we will either have a call or exchange messages to discuss your goals and plans. Based on all the information and a detailed consultation about your objectives, I will prepare a training plan for one week. Based on the results and your possibilities, I will then create the plan for the following week. The plan is always prepared one or two weeks in advance.
Regular communication and feedback are an essential part of the process, including consultations about your needs or help with planning your race calendar. You are not just buying a training plan—you are getting personal running support.
