I am a trail and ultrarunning athlete from Saudi Arabia with a deep passion for mountain running and endurance sports. Over the years, I have participated in multiple trail and ultramarathon races, which inspired me to study the science behind endurance performance. As a UESCA Certified Ultrarunning Coach, I aim to combine practical racing experience with evidence-based training methods to help athletes train smarter, stay healthy, and perform at their best in trail and ultradistance races.

My coaching philosophy focuses on intelligent and sustainable training. I believe endurance athletes perform best when training is structured, progressive, and adapted to the individual athlete. My approach combines scientific principles of endurance training with practical experience from trail and ultrarunning. I emphasize aerobic development, smart pacing, injury prevention, and long-term progression. My goal is to help athletes become stronger, more resilient, and confident in mountain and ultradistance races while enjoying the journey of trail running.
