I’m Jessie, a marathoner who discovered my love for running at 40. Since completing my first marathon, I’ve spent the past seven years training and deepening my passion for endurance sports. I combine science-based nutrition with practical strategies to support performance, recovery, and long-term progress. I’m passionate about helping others pursue their goals and build a lasting love for running.
My coaching philosophy is centered on building sustainable performance through smart, personalized fueling. I believe nutrition should support both performance and overall well-being, not add stress or complexity. Every athlete is different, so I focus on practical, evidence-based strategies tailored to individual goals, training demands, and lifestyle.
As both a marathoner and a mom, I understand the challenges of balancing training with work and life. I help athletes develop simple, effective fueling habits they can consistently apply, whether they are preparing for their first race or aiming for a personal best.
My goal is to empower runners with the knowledge and confidence to fuel properly, recover well, and perform at their best over the long term.
