About Victoria

Hi i am Vicki, Coach at WeStryv Performance in Lancashire, England. I am a mum and run our business alongside my husband Dan.
I am currently returning to Aquathlon after taking a few years out for Pregnancy and Postpartum life.
I have been a GB Age Group Triathlete competing at English and British Championships alongside The World Standard Age Group Triathlon. I have recently been running Ultra distances (30-50mile) events and plan to make my return to multi sport in 2026.
I love working with people in person and online, giving my time to help others succeed and reach their potential.

Coaching Philosophy

I believe in an athlete centered, friendly, and holistic approach to coaching, backed by exercise science. I love getting to know and understand my athletes individually, what they like and don't like, and how to get the most out of them. I am a supportive person who will champion you to be the best version of yourself and that you can achieve anything you put your mind to, including things that you never dreamed of and push your boundaries further than you probably know you can.

Whatever your individual Triathlon goals are, we all benefit from guidance and planning and motivation to reach our individual potential. Whether you are just starting your first super sprint triathlon, you first standard distance, or are working towards becoming an Ironman, I can help yet you there, succeed and enjoy the process. Your plan will work with you and you lifestyle to get you to that finish line.
