I’m Kosta, an ultrarunner and UESCA Certified coach with a passion for pushing limits. From the mountains of British Columbia to the streets of Ontario, I believe that the best way to feel alive is to go out there and explore the world.
I help runners of all levels to find their joy in hard work and reach finish lines they never thought possible.
My experience:
- 70K self-supported from Hamilton to Toronto
- 80K Niagara Falls
- 70K UTMB Whistler
- 200K FKT around Toronto (3 days)
- 10K’s, half/full marathons on trails and roads
My coaching is built on three pillars: the athlete as a human first, the alignment of training with the realities of daily life, and long-term athletic longevity. I believe that training for an ultra should enhance your life, not consume it. As a full-time professional and active ultrarunner living in the city, I know exactly what it takes to balance a career, travel, and high-volume training.
I focus on structured, periodized training that is efficient and purposeful. My goal is to guide you in building the resilience required for mountain terrain while navigating the constraints of an urban environment. We will work together to ensure your training remains sustainable, preventing burnout while ensuring you arrive at your race feeling prepared, confident, and excited to experience the beauty of the trails.
