I'm a runner, a racer, a mom, and a coach for runners who want to push their limits. I've been passionate about running for over 13 years, and during that time I've traveled the road from hobby marathon runner to track athlete. Among my greatest achievements are 4th place at the Czech Indoor Athletics Championships in the 3000 meters, 3rd place at the RunCzech Birell Grand Prix, and victories at the Brno Massacre 60km and the Wine Marathon. Throughout my training journey, I've tried various approaches, discovered both the most effective and the less effective ones, and I pass these experiences
My goal isn't to coach complete beginners, but rather those who want to systematically improve their performance and understand that improvement also requires taking action.
I see running training as a complex process where not only the running itself plays a role, but also proper recovery, strength training, compensatory exercises, nutrition, performance psychology, and an understanding of endurance training principles.
I believe every journey toward better performance begins with an individual approach and a well-structured training plan that brings not only results, but also the joy of running.
