About Sara

I’ve spent over 10 years as a personal trainer and nutrition coach helping people build confidence in their bodies and how they train. Somewhere along the way, I realized most runners aren’t struggling with effort, they’re under-fueled, overdoing cardio, and missing the strength piece. My thing is helping you connect the dots between strength, running, and fueling so your body actually supports the work you’re putting in. I’m big on keeping things simple and realistic, because if it doesn’t fit your life, it won’t stick. You don’t have to choose between feeling strong and performing well.

Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy is built on the belief that better performance doesn’t come from doing more, it comes from doing the right things consistently. Most runners don’t need more discipline or more complexity; they need a better, more sustainable approach. I focus on helping athletes connect strength training, proper fueling during & after training so their body can actually support the training they’re asking of it. Many runners are under-fueled, over-relying on running volume, and stuck in an all-or-nothing cycle with nutrition. My goal is to simplify what helps you feel your best and replace guesswork with practical strategies that fit real life. I help you build a plan that flows WITH your life, train with intention, recover well, and show up on race day feeling strong, confident, and prepared for race day!
