I've run off and on my whole life, but I struggled with knee pain and consistency for years. After becoming a mom, I also lost a sense of identity beyond daily life. In 4 years, I went from inconsistent running to completing multiple half marathons, marathons, a 50K, and now I'm training for my first 100K. My proudest races are my first half marathon and my first 50K–both completed while managing injuries by adjusting training thoughtfully instead of pushing through the pain. Beyond fitness, running has been a mental shift. I've learned to manage doubt when the mind tells you to stop.
I help busy women break out of the cycle of starting and stopping with running and build consistency that fits real life. My coaching is built around 4 principles:
1. Clarity – simplifying training so you always know your next step
2. Consistency – focusing on repeatable habits, not perfect weeks
3. Capacity – training that fits your actual time, energy, and life demands
4. Confidence – building trust in yourself as a runner through sustainable progress
Most women don't struggle with motivation–they struggle with plans that assume they have more time than their life allows. I help bridge that gap so you can keep showing up and progress toward goals like a half marathon without starting over.
You don't need a perfect schedule to start–just a realistic one.
