I started running when I was just 4 or 5 years old with my dad, who was already competing in trail races. Running has always been a constant in my life, despite a nearly five-year hiatus as a triathlete. For me, long-distance running is both a physical and mental challenge—almost meditative.
I have completed the CCC UTMB Mont-Blanc (100 km) twice, the Chiang Mai Thailand by UTMB (100 km and 50 km) twice, one 80 km race, and five or six 50 km races
I believe that physical activity should be a natural part of daily life, be enjoyable, and be done primarily for oneself, rather than to prove something to others.
I’ve been running long distances for over 10 years—from local races to famous major races in Europe, and even further on other continents—and I’ve always trained on my own. After completing dozens of races, I wanted to validate some of my methods and deepen my knowledge so I could become a coach.
