I’m a Puerto Rican hybrid athlete, Family Nurse Practitioner, and UESCA Certified Running Coach based in Central Florida. My passion is helping everyday people discover their potential through running, strength training, and discipline.
I lead VANGARD Running Club, where we focus on building a strong community centered around fitness, accountability, and personal growth. My coaching style blends endurance training, hybrid fitness, and science-based strategies to help athletes improve performance while staying healthy and consistent.
believe coaching is about more than workouts and pace targets — it’s about helping people become stronger, healthier, and more disciplined versions of themselves.
My coaching philosophy focuses on sustainable progress, consistency, and building confidence through movement. Every athlete is different, which is why training should be individualized, realistic, and adaptable to each person’s lifestyle, fitness level, and goals.
As both a Family Nurse Practitioner and endurance coach, I value performance, recovery, injury prevention, and long-term health equally. I combine evidence-based endurance principles with practical experience from hybrid training, running communities, and real-world coaching.
I strive to create an environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and motivated to keep showing up.
