Amanda earned her BS in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois in 2012 and graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University in 2016. She became interested in becoming a physical therapist halfway through college after receiving treatment herself for multiple knee injuries from figure skating in high school. Originally from the Chicagoland area, Amanda enjoys watching Chicago sports, as well as spending time with her family exploring the outdoors, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
Amanda specializes in working with runners and active adults who are done guessing and ready to train with a real plan. She knows that pain and performance issues are rarely just one issue, which is why every athlete gets a full movement assessment and a personalized program built around their goals, their schedule, and their body.
Her philosophy is simple: modify, don't stop. Whether you're chasing a goal race, building your first training block, or trying to stay strong into your 50s and beyond, Amanda gives you the clear path and the confident coach you've been missing.
