I'm a UESCA Certified Running Coach, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. As a marathon runner myself, I know that successful training isn't just about workouts…it's about balancing running with work, family, recovery, and life. My background in both coaching and physical therapy allows me to help runners train intelligently, build confidence, stay healthy, and pursue goals that once felt out of reach. Coaching Philosophy

I believe running should enhance your life, not consume it. My coaching philosophy centers on sustainable, evidence-based training that helps athletes make consistent progress while reducing injury risk and avoiding burnout.

Every runner is different. Your training should reflect your experience level, goals, schedule, strengths, and challenges. Rather than chasing perfection, I focus on helping athletes build habits they can maintain long term. Success comes from consistency, not hero workouts.

As both a physical therapist and running coach, I emphasize the importance of recovery, strength training, mobility, and smart progression alongside running. My goal is to help you become a stronger, healthier, and more confident runner while enjoying the process and discovering what you're truly capable of.
