I started running as soon as I could walk and have never stopped. I love trail running especially all day adventure runs in the mountains with friends. When I'm not trail running with friends or my dog Lucky, I can be found mountain biking around the Pacific Northwest. I've been an Egoscue certified Posture Alignment Therapist for over 20 years helping athletes end the cycle of chronic injuries and get back to an active and pain free life. I have worked with athletes of all ages from 3 years old to 90 years old and all levels including amateur, collegiate, professional and Olympic athletes.
I believe we were not just born to run, but born to run pain free. My goal as your coach is to help you achieve all your running goals and do so pain free and with a smile on your face. I understand that good running economy depends on good postural alignment and balance in the body. I don't just personalize your running program but also your strength and mobility/flexibility programs to help you stay pain free and have the durability to go the distance. All my coaching is based on science and research and is personalized to you and your goals. Whether your goal is to run your first 50k or 100 miler, set a multiday FKT, or win UTMB I can guide you to your goals. I specialize in helping athletes overcome running injuries and prevent future injuries.
