I'm a flight nurse, FP-C paramedic, dad of three, ultrarunner, and UESCA Certified Ultrarunning Coach. Over the years, I've trained for ultras while balancing long shifts, family responsibilities, injuries, and the realities of everyday life. I've completed multiple ultramarathons, including two finishes at the Mines of Spain 100 and a sub-24-hour 100-mile finish. I specialize in helping athletes pursue big endurance goals without requiring a perfect schedule or ideal circumstances.
I believe endurance training should fit your life—not the other way around. My coaching focuses on sustainable progress, adaptability, accountability, and consistent communication. Every athlete receives a customized training plan built around their goals, experience level, work schedule, recovery capacity, and life responsibilities. As a healthcare professional and shift worker myself, I understand the challenges of balancing training with demanding careers, family commitments, and unexpected setbacks. My goal is to help athletes build confidence, resilience, and long-term success through smart training, honest feedback, and a process that supports both performance and overall well-being.
