About Mirabela

Hi, I’m Mirabela, founder of Blueprint140.6, Ironman athlete, and triathlon coach. I’ve competed in Ironman's, marathons, and ultramarathons, earning age-group podium finishes along the way. My coaching is built on consistency, smart training, and trust in the process. Based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and Asheville, North Carolina, I help athletes balance real life with big goals and unlock their potential through personalized, supportive coaching.

Coaching Philosophy

At Blueprint140.6, coaching is built on consistency, structure, and trust in the process. I believe success in endurance sports doesn’t come from shortcuts, but from showing up day after day and executing the fundamentals with intention. Every athlete is unique, so training should be personalized, sustainable, and aligned with real life—not just race-day goals.

My approach goes beyond workouts. I focus on developing the full athlete through smart training, recovery, mindset, and education. I want athletes to understand the “why” behind their training so they can build confidence and make better decisions.

Progress is rarely linear. Setbacks and tough days are part of the journey, and my role is to guide athletes through those moments to help them stay resilient. Success isn’t only measured by race results, but by growth, confidence, and long-term development as both an athlete and
