Husband and Father who is passionate about helping people become their best selves! Formerly overweight and started running in my mid 20s so I know what it’s like to start slow!
Most of running is just staying healthy and being consistent! To do that you have to run easy most days and increase volume gradually while layering in strength and cross training. My philosophy is BALANCE and RACE SPECIFICITY. Your goals dictate the specifics of the training but the foundation will always be consistent hard work.
