With over 30 years of running experience, starting as a sprinter and evolving into a lifelong runner. My path hasn’t been linear; I’ve lived with chronic illness most of my life, and I know firsthand what it means to balance health and training.
I coach with honesty, structure, and a lot of care. I’ll meet you where you’re at, push you when it matters, and support you through the days when showing up feels heavy. My approach is rooted in sustainability because running should add to your life, not take from it.
I believe successful coaching goes beyond workouts and race results. My goal is to help athletes build consistency, confidence, and a lifelong enjoyment of movement.
Every runner is unique, which is why I take an individualized approach that considers your goals, lifestyle, experience, and personal challenges. I prioritize sustainable training, open communication, and long-term development over quick fixes or one-size-fits-all programs.
