Over the years, I have completed numerous road races ranging from 10km events to half marathons, achieving a personal best half marathon time of 1:38:20. While I enjoy chasing personal bests, my greatest motivation has always been to become a better runner than I was yesterday. I firmly believe that progress is personal, and success comes from consistency, patience, and commitment.
My running journey eventually led me into coaching, where I had the privilege of helping beginner and intermediate runners achieve their first 5km,10km & 21.1KM goals.
I believe running should be challenging, rewarding, and enjoyable. Every runner is unique, with different goals, abilities, lifestyles, and motivations. My role as a coach is to provide the guidance, structure, and support needed to help athletes reach their potential while building confidence along the way.
Whether your goal is to complete your first 5km, improve your 10km performance, tackle your first half marathon, or prepare for a marathon, I am committed to helping you train smarter, stay consistent, and enjoy the journey. My coaching approach combines science-based training principles with real-world experience to create sustainable progress and long-term success.
I am currently preparing for my first marathon and remain as passionate about the sport today as when I first laced up my running shoes nearly 30 years ago.
