I've been coaching runners online since 2018, and at any given time I'm writing individualized one-on-one plans for 80 to 100 athletes. Over the years I've worked with close to 500 runners, who together have completed nearly 1,000 marathons, half marathons, and long-distance trail races.
I believe every training plan should be personal. A program that works for one runner can be wrong for another, so I build each plan around the individual — meeting runners wherever they are, from complete beginners to semi-elite athletes.
What I care about most is building a solid foundation. I don't chase aggressive shortcuts or quick gains; I believe in patient, long-term development that keeps you healthy and improving year after year. Good running is built slowly, and my goal is to help you grow stronger for the long haul.
我相信每一个跑者都是独一无二的,所以一份训练计划都应该是个性化的。适合一名跑者的方案,对另一名跑者未必合适,所以我会围绕每个人来设计——满足从零基础新手到半精英运动员的不同需要。
我最看重的是打好基础。我不追求激进的捷径或短期成绩,而是相信循序渐进、着眼长远的发展,让你保持健康、年复一年地进步。好的跑步是慢慢积累出来的,我的目标是帮助你为长远变得更强。
