I started running as an adult in 2014, initially for my mental health and weight loss. Over time, I have made ALL the running mistakes so you don't have to :). Today, I run for performance, fun and general health. I specialize in helping women run through the busiest period of their lives, while raising young children and working alongside it.
Human first, athlete second. Coaching has to adapt to your life, not the other way round.
I am a firm believer in learning to run by effort. I help my athletes run according to rate of perceived exertion, rather than be a slave to a million watch metrics. If you are data-driven, I can help you find a happy medium.
I base my general philosophy on Mark Coogan and Jack Daniels, to name a few.
