I grew up playing any sport that included a ball and always loved running as fast as I could on the field. But I didn’t really become a “serious” runner until well into adulthood after moving to a new city and joining a running group. Running has been a great way to meet new friends and explore new places.
After running my first 5k, which at the time felt like the hardest thing ever, I’ve now raced 13 (and counting) marathons, dozens of half marathons, 5 and 10ks, and even a triathlon and ultra marathon! I love what running has done for me and I’m excited to share my running joy with others!
My coaching approach is rooted in collaboration and teamwork. I will provide customized coaching based on individual goals and priorities, working together with the athlete to help them set and achieve their goals. My personal motto is, “Process over perfection,” and I believe good results will come from good preparation, process, effort, and having fun along the way.
