About Christina

Christina Candio is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, yoga for athletes certified, and a newly certified UESCA Run Coach. She holds a Master of Arts in Sport Psychology and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration, and her background includes certifications in USA Triathlon, U.S. Masters Swimming, IRONMAN U, and MSPE. Christina has spent the past 10 years coaching runners and triathletes, and working with athletes across endurance sports, with a focus on helping them build consistency, confidence, and resilience through every stage of training and racing.

Coaching Philosophy

At EnFlyte, the coaching philosophy centers on helping athletes train with purpose and perform with presence. The EnFlyte website emphasizes individualized coaching for adult endurance athletes, with a strong focus on running and triathlon, while also integrating mental performance tools that support resilience, adaptability, and long-term development. Christina believes endurance coaching should go beyond workouts alone; it should help athletes become more self-aware, more durable, and better equipped to navigate the physical and mental demands of the sport.
