Running wasn't always part of my life. I dabbled in high school, but it wasn't until after college that it stuck. I didn't track paces or distances when I started, I just moved because it felt great. A few months in, I ran my first half marathon, swearing I'd never do a full.
Fast forward to now, I'm training for my 9th marathon, having qualified for Boston three times and dropped my time from 3:47 to 3:03.
I love the drive running gives me, the discipline of showing up early and often, and the progress that comes from putting in the work.
Running is more than training miles, it's a mindset that shapes how you move through life. Here's what that looks like at Run Wild Coaching:
Grow: Your running identity isn't separate from the rest of your life, it's intertwined. Showing up for early miles builds discipline that carries into work, family, and community.
Train: I believe in the process as much as the results. Individualized plans meet you where you are, whether chasing a first 5k or a big PR, and push you toward what you didn't know you were capable of. Running is you versus you.
Thrive: Running builds community and confidence beyond the miles. Whether you're brand new or leveling up, I'm your cheerleader and support system, because thriving means carrying that strength into everything else you do.
