Happily married with 2 children, from a professional gamer who smokes 2 packs of cigarettes and weighs 110 kilograms, I managed to reach a good level with almost 6 watts/kg, weighing 66 kilograms and wanting to help as many people as possible have a healthier lifestyle and a higher cycling level.

In my years of coaching, the most important part for me is constant communication with the athletes so that I can fully understand how we can achieve the best for them together.
Over the years, the most important part of my portfolio has been traveling and participating in competitions together.
I managed to build a small cycling community, in which the most important part is communication and human relations.
The innovations I was able to create for my athletes are:
- Building a metabolic profile in INSCYD
- A custom playlist on YOUTUBE with training videos for warm-up exercises, cool-downs, strength training and weightlifting.
- Full support about race registration, logistic for them, booking and etc.
- Training camps based in Rhodope Mountains in Bulgaria
