I'm a husband, dad of three, and everyday marathoner. My journey started out of necessity after a humbling roller-skating outing where I couldn't keep up with my kids. What began as a desperate attempt to lose weight became a lifelong passion. Juggling a career, family, and racing taught me progress happens in the margins. As a coach, I specialize in realistic, holistic training for lifestyle athletes. Whether you're chasing weight loss, your first finish line, or a new PR, I'm here to help you get there.
My philosophy centers on the belief that peak endurance performance shouldn't require sacrificing real-life responsibilities. Specializing in lifestyle and "middle-of-the-pack" competitors, my approach bridges rigorous scientific training with the realities of a busy schedule—where most preparation happens during late-night training sessions.
Evidence-Based Programming: I utilize structured, data-informed methodologies—such as lactate threshold management, targeted strength work, and optimal pacing—to maximize efficiency.
Holistic Mentoring: Beyond writing workouts, I focus on the whole athlete, integrating smart nutrition, injury prevention, and continuous adaptation.
Process-Driven Progress: I believe sustainable growth comes from consistency, patience, and understanding the "why" behind your training to build lasting endurance without burnout.
