About Szilvia

Running has been part of my life for many years. I have run solo, been part of a team, completed an ultramarathon, and even jogged with a stroller. I’ve also experienced injuries and significant digestive issues, which have sometimes forced me to start over. These challenges have taught me patience, resilience and, above all, that there is no single way to be a runner.

Coaching Philosophy

These experiences have shaped the way I think about running. I believe being a runner is not about always being at your best or constantly improving your performance. Sometimes, it is simply about adapting, starting again, and finding a way to keep moving forward.
As a UESCA Certified Runner Coach, I want to help runners find a sustainable and enjoyable way to run, one that supports their individual goals, health and wellbeing. I believe that a good coach never stops learning. I am continuously educating myself, and currently my focus is on perimenopause and menopause. These are important topics that affect every woman, yet are still too rarely discussed in relation to running and training. For this reason, I am especially passionate about supporting women who are new to running. But if you feel that my approach resonates with you, I would be happy to hear from you.
