I’m a UESCA Certified Running Coach and Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Gastroenterology, with an MBA in Healthcare Management. As a lifelong runner and healthcare professional, I take an evidence-based, individualized approach to coaching. I’m passionate about helping runners of all levels build confidence, stay healthy, and reach their goals through smart training, proper recovery, and sustainable habits.
My coaching philosophy is centered on individualized, evidence-based training that meets runners where they are. I believe successful training is about more than simply logging miles. It’s about finding the right balance of intensity, recovery, strength, nutrition, and life outside of running. I focus on building fitness progressively while minimizing injury risk and helping athletes understand the “why” behind their training. Whether your goal is a first race, a PR, or simply becoming a stronger and more consistent runner, my goal is to create a sustainable plan that builds confidence, celebrates progress, and helps you enjoy the process.
