After moving to Austria 10y ago, Trailrunning has taken me from the local trails around the Alps to finish lines such as the Western States 100. It has taught me that progress is rarely a straight line. I know the excitement of working toward a big goal, but also the setbacks, doubts and everyday challenges that come with it. As a coach, I enjoy helping people make training fit their real lives and understand not just what they are doing, but why. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me running in the alps, exploring new trails or learning something new about endurance performance or nutrition.
I don’t believe in copy-and-paste training plans. Good coaching starts with the person behind the data: their goals, experience, daily life and the way they respond to training. My approach combines evidence-based planning with honest communication and regular feedback. We look beyond mileage and pace to develop the complete athlete—training, fueling, recovery and mindset. The goal is not simply to arrive at the next start line fitter, but to build confidence, resilience and a sustainable relationship with running.
