Based in Crested Butte, Colorado, I bring a clinical background in sports injury prevention combined with strength and running science to every training plan I build. My coaching blends up to date sports rehabilitation science, the same science I apply in my clinic every day, with firsthand experience as an ultra endurance athlete training and racing at altitude. I focus on individualized programming that builds strength, resilience, and long term durability, not just fitness, so runners can train hard, avoid injury, and keep showing up on race day for years to come.
I believe the best training plans are built around the body, not just the calendar. My philosophy centers on individualized programming that respects each runner's unique biomechanics, injury history, and life demands, rather than applying a one size fits all template. I prioritize strength and durability alongside aerobic development, because an athlete who can't stay healthy can't reach the start line. Training should build capacity gradually and sustainably, with enough flexibility to adapt when life or the body sends a signal to adjust. My goal isn't just to get you fit for one race, but to build a foundation that keeps you running strong, injury free, and motivated for years of ultra endurance pursuits.
