Endurance sports have been a big part of my life for years. I’ve completed two Ironman 70.3 races, half marathons, trail races, and cycling events, and I love the variety that comes with training across different disciplines. I’m naturally curious, analytical, and always interested in understanding the “why” behind training. I also know that life is busy, so I value training that is challenging but realistic and sustainable.
I believe there is no single training approach that works for everyone. Every athlete has a different background, schedule, goal, and way of responding to training, so coaching should reflect that. My approach is centered around getting to know the athlete, understanding what they want to achieve, and creating a plan that fits both the goal and real life. I want athletes to understand their training, feel supported, and build confidence through the process. Whether someone is just starting to run, training for a first race, or trying to become stronger and faster, I want them to feel excited about their progress and capable of more than they initially thought.
