About Jeff

I’m Jeff Densley, an experienced age-group triathlete, endurance coach, and owner of Ignite Multisport. I’ve spent years pursuing my own goals in triathlon, road running, and trail running while helping athletes pursue theirs. My coaching focuses on individualized TrainingPeaks programming, thoughtful progression, and practical guidance tailored to each athlete. I believe great coaching is about more than workouts—it’s about building confidence, consistency, resilience, and a sustainable approach to becoming a stronger athlete.

Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy is simple: every athlete is different, and training should reflect that. I build individualized, purposeful programs around each athlete’s goals, experience, strengths, and life demands. Through structured TrainingPeaks programming, consistent communication, and thoughtful progression, I focus on developing fitness without sacrificing balance or enjoyment. I believe sustainable progress comes from consistency, patience, accountability, and learning to trust the process. My goal is not simply to get athletes across the finish line, but to help them become stronger, more confident, and more capable athletes along the way.
